ABOUT ASSOCIATION OF CHRISTIAN THERAPISTS (ACT)

ACT is a unique international organization providing educational, spiritual and social benefits, and healing opportunities to all Christian healing providers and healing associates.  ACT invites physicians, dentists, nurses, clergy and religious, pastoral care providers, psychotherapists, counselors, educators, allied health practitioners and others, to join in the united effort of integrating spirituality with their professions under the guidance of Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit.  Utilizing resources of prayer, mentoring, education, and training, ACT seeks to extend the healing presence, heart, and mind of Jesus Christ to colleagues, patients, clients, and institutions. ACT invites like-minded men and women throughout the world to join us, to know and make known the healing love of Jesus Christ and the healing power of the Holy Spirit to those in need.

ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL ACT CONFERENCE

The International ACT Conference is a comfortable blend of plenary sessions, relative thematic workshops and basic and intermediate workshops  that share approaches to blending Christian spirituality and healing into a clinical practice setting.  Christian liturgies/prayer/healing services, and fellowship provide opportunities for conferees to meet, mingle and learn from peers in a friendly secure environment.  New conferees are cordially welcomed and invited to become acquainted with others who have answered the call to Christian healing prayer, and practice for many years.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

If you have read this far, consider yourself “Called, Chosen and Sent!”  ACT members are anxious to meet you and hope to see you at our 2010 International Conference in Albuquerque!
