This Toolbox contains pertinent information concerning the development of an International Conference. These documents may be considered Appendices to Chapter 9 in the Procedures of the Association.

1. International Conference Organizational Chart
The IC Org Chart provides the primary responsibilities of those involved in an International Conference. The IC Chair, Past IC Chair and IC Chair Elect are expected to work as a team so that the experience can be easily handed down from conference to conference.
2. International Conference Time Line
The IC Time Line specifies a calendar for events leading up to an IC. It also specifies in much more detail the primary and secondary responsibilities of each item on time line. The Timeline needs to be followed as closely as possible when planning and chairing an International Conference.
